How GovTorch works
From published notices to an expected procurement window — with every step visible.
1 · Every notice, every year
Contract notices, award notices, modifications and prior-information notices from TED, all countries, since 2015 to today. The original publication always stays one click away.
2 · Buyers and contract lines
Notices of the same buyer in the same procurement category are linked into a line of cycles: tender → award → contract → next tender.
3 · The contract end, with provenance
Published end date (exact), start or signature + published duration (calculated), or the buyer's own cadence (inferred). Renewals give a latest possible end. Unknown stays unknown.
4 · The expected window
The next tender is expected when the buyer last published before contract start — a range of months, never a single day — with a confidence and the reasons behind it.
5 · Confirmed or not
When the next tender appears, the forecast is scored. You see when a buyer renewed instead, or went quiet.
